Did you know....

Formerly a pet shop, we’ve retained the heritage listed frontage of the shop which still advertises ‘Talking parrots’ and ‘monkeys’. Opened in 1918, 'Palmers' pet shop sold exotic birds and even chimpanzees. Charlie Chaplin bought two Abyssinian kittens here and Winston Churchill famously bought his cat here.

Spend £30 on tea accessories and we'll give you a free 'tea for one' set with china teapot, teacup and saucer.
