Want to mix up your yoga class? This dynamic event led by Shabs Ali-Khan and Dirish Shaktidas combines yoga with Shakti dance to activate prana (life-force) and regenerate the body. The event will conclude with a guided ‘gong’ meditation to raise vibration levels and release stress, followed by a nourishing breakfast.
Open to all levels, it’s a fun class that’s perfect for someone looking for a higher intensity yoga work out or wanting to try something a bit different!
